Frossen spinat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 L\u00f8g.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lasagneplader.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 spsk. Mad olie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g. Salatost (Feta).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt og peber.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bechamel med ricotta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>75 g. Sm\u00f8r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>900 ml. M\u00e6lk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>65 g. Hvedemel (1\u00bc dl).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g Ricotta (1. b\u00f8tte).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ca. 1 tsk. Muskatn\u00f8d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Spinatlasagne er en l\u00e6kker og sund variant af den klassiske lasagne, best\u00e5ende af lag med spinat i bechamelsauce, ricotta og salatost (feta), mellem lasagnepladerne.<br>Resultatet er en smagfuld og n\u00e6rende ret, der er perfekt til b\u00e5de hverdag og fest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Svits l\u00f8gene og tils\u00e6t den frosne spinat, og lad det koge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T\u00e6nd ovnen p\u00e5 180 grader varmluft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lav nu bechamelsovs. Smelt sm\u00f8r i en gryde, og tils\u00e6t melet og pisk til en sm\u00f8rbolle. Tils\u00e6t 1\/3 af m\u00e6lken og pisk til sovsen er ensartet. Tils\u00e6t nu halvdelen af den resterende m\u00e6lk, og pisk igen til sovsen er ensartet. Tils\u00e6t den sidste m\u00e6lk og pisk til sovsen kommer i kog. Lad den koge et minuts tid indtil den er cremet. Tag nu sovsen af blusset og r\u00f8r ricotta i.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smag til med salt, peber og muskatn\u00f8d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bland bechamelsovsen sammen med den opt\u00f8ede spinat og smag igen til med salt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sm\u00f8r et ildfast fad p\u00e5 ca. 25 x35 cm og h\u00e6ld lidt spinatblanding i og derefter fetaost og s\u00e5 lasagneplader.
