Dijonsennep<br>Salt og peber<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Krydr kyllingebrystfileterne med salt og peber. Steg dem 10-15 min. i sm\u00f8r p\u00e5 en pande sammen med de upillede hvidl\u00f8gsfed.<br>Hold k\u00f8det varmt og kog panden af med bouillon (hvidvin) og si det over i en tykbundet gryde. Lad det koge op. Tils\u00e6t piskefl\u00f8de og tomatpur\u00e9 under piskning og lad det koge lidt ind. Tils\u00e6t hvidl\u00f8gsfeddene.<br>Lad det koge godt igennem under piskning, til saucen tykner let. Smag til med salt, peber og sennep.<br>Skyl og rens gr\u00f8nsagerne. Kog dem i letsaltet vand:<br>Rosenk\u00e5lene i 8-10 min., broccolibuketter 2-3 min., guler\u00f8dder i 2-3 min, for\u00e5rsl\u00f8g i 1 min. og salatagurk sk\u00e5ret i stave i 1\/2 min.<br>Tag gr\u00f8nsagerne op med en hulske og fordel dem p\u00e5 varme tallerkener.<br>Sk\u00e6r brystfileterne i skr\u00e5 skiver og l\u00e6g dem p\u00e5 tallerkenerne. H\u00e6ld den varme sauce over og server straks.<br><br>I stedet for piskefl\u00f8de i saucen, kan man bruge creme fraiche 38%.
