Fyld d\u00e5sen med vand og h\u00e6ld det i fadet, uden at d\u00e6kke l\u00f8gene.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e6g persille ovenp\u00e5 l\u00f8gene.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brun k\u00f8d og gr\u00f8nt<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brun m\u00f8rbraden p\u00e5 en pande.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brun de forkogte gulerodsstave let p\u00e5 samme pande.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e6g guler\u00f8dderne ovenp\u00e5 l\u00f8gene i fadet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fyld og saml<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sk\u00e6r m\u00f8rbraden op i midten som en lomme. Fyld med halve drivhustomater, lidt fennikel og t\u00f8rret timian.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e6g m\u00f8rbraden ovenp\u00e5 gr\u00f8ntsagsbunden uden at trykke den ned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drys revet ost over \u00e5bningen i m\u00f8rbraden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bagning<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bag i ovnen ved ca. 180\u2013200\u00b0C i 30\u201340 minutter, afh\u00e6ngigt af m\u00f8rbradens tykkelse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sovsen dannes naturligt af tomater, l\u00f8g, urter og k\u00f8dsaft \u2014 du kan evt. reducere lidt efter bagning for mere intensitet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tilbeh\u00f8r<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kog ris i det vand, du brugte til guler\u00f8dderne \u2014 det giver en mild s\u00f8dme og binder retten sammen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oprindelse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Denne ret opstod som et spontant eksperiment en efter\u00e5rsdag, hvor drivhuset b\u00f8d p\u00e5 sine sidste tomater, og k\u00f8kkenet p\u00e5 en m\u00f8rbrad, der tr\u00e6ngte til selskab. Med rosmarin fra haven, lidt fennikel og persille fra en forbipasserende tanke, blev det til en samling af \u00e5rstidens rester \u2014 og en hyldest til det uplanlagte, der alligevel giver mening. Her er ikke tale om pr\u00e6cision, men om stemning: rustikke l\u00f8g, s\u00f8de guler\u00f8dder, og en sovs der samler det hele, uden at kr\u00e6ve opm\u00e6rksomhed. Hvis det lykkes, bliver det til en opskrift.
