Sm\u00f8r<br>2 dl. Vand<br>1\/2 tsk. Salt<br>100 gr. Mel<br>3 \u00c6g<br>1\/2 \u00c6g til pensling<br>1\/2 l. Vaniljeis<br><br><strong>Jordb\u00e6r sauce:<\/strong><br>250 gr. Jordb\u00e6r<br>Flormelis<br><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kom sm\u00f8r, vand og salt i en tykbundet gryde og bring det til kogepunktet. Tag gryden fra varmen og pisk melet i. S\u00e6t atter gryden over og varm dejen igennem 1\/2 minut. Pisk hele tiden, dejen skal slippe gryde og piskeris. Tag gryden fra varmen og lad dejen svale lidt.<br>Pisk \u00e6ggene sammen i dejen lidt ad gangen. S\u00f8rg for, at det tilsatte \u00e6g er pisket godt ind i dejen, f\u00f8r der tils\u00e6ttes mere \u00e6g. Dejen skal kunne holde faconen.<br>S\u00e6t ovnen p\u00e5 225 grader. Kom dejen i en spr\u00f8jtepose og spr\u00f8jt ca. 20 sm\u00e5 boller ud p\u00e5 en bageplade bekl\u00e6dt med bagepapir. Pensl dem med lidt sammenpisket \u00e6g og rids overfladen med en gaffel.<br>Bag vandbakkelserne p\u00e5 nederste rille i 25-30 minutter. De skal v\u00e6re gyldne, lette og t\u00f8rre og holde faconen. Lad dem k\u00f8le af p\u00e5 en rist.<br>Sk\u00e6r en \u00e5bning i vandbakkelserne og fyld dem med vaniljeis. Stil dem i fryseren. Tag dem ud ca. 5 minutter f\u00f8r de skal serveres.<br><br>Jordb\u00e6rsauce:<br>Rens jordb\u00e6rrene og blend dem til en pur\u00e9. Smag til med flormelis r\u00f8rt ud i lidt koldt vand og server saucen til.
